What part of Seattle is a good rental area looking for 4+ units

@Jerry Akop as a Seattle AREA investor I specifically stay out of the city limits. City rules regarding "first-in applications", lease terminations, and now the proposal for domestic violence damage being the landlord responsibility makes it really difficult, if the exceptionally higher prices without rents to justify it comes in. Tacoma Bremerton Everett Bellingham all look much better by cash flow and ROI by comparison IMHO
