Canadians need your help.
Hello my fellow Canadians, I am new to this forum and I would like to ask for your help.
I have two properties side by side in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and I would like to build an apartment complex. The properties are large enough to build a small apartment complex and I know it is zoned as Residential Apartment Commercial. I would like to know where to begin and whom should I contact first to begin this massive project.
Thank you and any input is greatly appreciated.
