 I'm interested to hear from others on how they have successfully raised money to purchase multi family deals. Currently I have a small network of investors, but I am limited to just over $1 million. My goal is to purchase $5 million to $10 million apartment complexes and raising private money as a must.  My current friends and family network is not really a potential source besides the investors I am using.  Any success stories on how you're raised money for advice on finding high net worth individuals would be great.  I currently own over 150 units right now so I do have experience in RE
