I've been through that research and that is very difficult to find.  I'd love to find one too so I will be monitoring this thread.  Love to hear more about your development project too as I am a Civil Engineer and used to design all of the infrastructure for land development.  PM me if you don't mind sharing.

I've been working with a guy looking for the same thing. So far Rock Wood Homes has said they can do our construction for about $90/sq ft. Know that we have only just started the conversation with them and it's a very loose number. Can't say they will actually follow through when it's all said and done.
