Hello there, I am fairly new to the investing world. What I would like to do is buy and hold creating good cash flow. I am trying to get an Fha loan so my credit is in the process of being worked on but until then to get this ball rolling faster is there anything anyone can suggest I can do, maybe have someone co-sign or something ? plese let me know what you would suggest.

Thanks!

You will have a hard time finding a credit partner.  If you are working on your credit situation you might try to seek out some possible owner financed options with little or no money down.

I am assuming you are trying to get an FHA loan for you to personally live in correct? Once you go to buy a rental home you will be required to put down 20% plus closing cost.

Good luck
