Let's talk about risk tolerance and how it evolves over time. Funny how, as the years roll by, there’s been a major shift in my approach. In the beginning, I was all about caution, approaching smaller deals with a side of nervousness. But with every successful transaction, my confidence got a boost, and I got more comfortable taking on bigger projects.

Speaking of evolving perspectives, what I considered a "big deal" has gone through a serious transformation. I mean, I recently raised $30 million for a single deal. I couldn't have imagined it just a few years ago. It just goes to show that challenging yourself and pushing the boundaries pays off big time. Trust me; each achievement opens new possibilities and propels you to amazing heights.

As your portfolio grows, the ability to take on larger projects without hiccups becomes more attainable. Scaling your real estate investments requires careful planning and a strong foundation. Building a reliable power team is crucial for smooth transactions. Surround yourself with professionals we’ve mentioned, like title company representatives, and ensure they consistently deliver results. Establish long-term relationships with them.

My career has been a wild ride of experiences and oh-so-valuable lessons. Each deal has contributed to my growth and expanded my risk tolerance. As I continue to scale my portfolio, I embrace the challenges and opportunities that come my way, always striving for bigger and better accomplishments.
