In June 2010 sells many countys in Ohio forfeited land parcels some with houses on it.
I have interest to bid on few of these properties last year most of them gone for under $100 each.

My problem, I´m not in the US in June. How can I find an representative for my plan? Should I take an real estate agent or so? Know anyone the process of these sales?

Thanks for your efforts.

Replied

You need a proxy.

Find a lawyer to represent you at the sale...or use a realtor with experience in that type of sale.

Both of licensed in the state and are bound to follow your instruction.

If I had a choice, I'd choose the lawyer. (...and I'm a realtor in Texas. Just my 2 cents.)

Good luck.

Kyle
