Buying a VA forclosed loan
Hey All-
First time poster, long time reader/follower. I have a property that I am considering putting an offer on and found out this after noon that its a foreclosure that is owned by the VA. I've never purchased a home from the VA before and to see if there was anything that I should know before going down this path.
-How likely are they willing to deal?
-Will the process take longer?
-How is it a different?
Thanks,
SD
