Purchased a home at tax deed auction
I recently purchased a home at a tax deed auction. On 12/24/25 I received a letter from the city stating that a deed had been filed in my name and I now have all legal rights to the property. About I week ago I served from previous owner asking that the city rescind the sale based on financial and medical hardship. What is my legal standing? Thanks in advance for replies.
