getting financing durring redemption period
wondering if anyone has had success in working with lenders to get financing on sheriff's certificates during the redemption period. Or this this a cash only proposition. In MN most properties will have a 6 month redemption which can be painfully long to tie up funds.
I know there are other strategies people use to come in the back door near the end of redemption, but these are not folks with the best reputation and many are in jail now or will be shortly.
Any idea's on what has worked would be appreciated.
Thanks
