I am currently seeking a mentor(s) in commercial real estate investing.

My goal is to concentrate on commercial deals in EaDo (East Downtown), Greater Eastwood, Greater East End, Magnolia Park, and immediate surrounding areas.

If you are a commercial real estate investor with an interest in this part of Houston, and would like someone local to train, teach, or work with...I'm the guy.

I currently have 1 commercial rental, and 3 residential rentals in another area of Texas.
