Storage building Layout Software Options

I have an opportunity to purchase a 20,000 sq ft piece of land for a good price. After reviewing zoning and by-laws and speaking with my planner - a 4 story unit would be feasible here at an 8000 sq ft footprint

We've collected all the data regarding cost to build 4 stories and a mix of smallest and largest units to get a ballpark estimate (give or take 5%)  and we've calculated the revenue from all potential different sized sized units, down to per sq ft of revenue. Simply looked at 6 different competitors

We see that the heated 5x10 units and the plain 5x5 & 5x8 bring in the most revenue per sq ft. Is there software that I can simply feed the size of the units I am looking to build inside the 8000 sq ft footprint and the software can determine best layout (accounting for elevator etc?)

We're in the world of AI and I can only assume this exists or is about to exist. I would rather go this route than go to an architect as of right now, so I can play around with different unit sizes at will
