I plan on creating an extremely valuable weekly post about the commercial real estate debt and equity markets. From new and experienced investors, what topics would you like to see that would benefit you most?

In example... current rates, where the market is headed, residential vs commercial, types of financing, etc.

I'd like to see someone post very candidly about their costs. Capital, reports, fees, repairs, etc. As well as a log of hours spent--whether its a full time RE investor or part time nights and weekends.

I'm only investing in commercial/industrial now, but I think the time factor is a big intimidation factor for newbies.
