Submitting Multiple Offers at Once?

Hello BP community. My name is Hector. I am a bit new to BP and the whole real estate business. I have a question for you guys. If you submit multiple offers at once, and get excepted for a few of them, what happens to the other offers that you don’t go with? Because they would technically be contracts at that point correct? Is there some kind of penalty or legal consequence, given that I have not have any deposit?

If they are good deals buy all of them. Or tell sellers you are rescinding your offer due to another offer being accepted.
