moving to san antonio

Its getting closer to our move to san Antonio. Me and my wife are trying to get a little team ready to help us get into our first multifamily house hack. I know the market is insane right now so hopefully we could find an agent, lender, contractor, and real estate lawyer etc. to help navigate this highly competitive market. Been chopping down debt, saving, and reading everything I could get my hands on to gain the knowledge I need to succeed. Any advice is welcome. And I would love to work with people who are familiar with 203k or other FHA/rehab loans.

Hi @Marlon Brimmer

Happy to answer any questions on the financing side, especially with an FHA or 203k loan. I would be curious to know if sellers are accepting FHA on homes that are just hitting the market.

Have you checked out the Network tab on BP? That would be a great start to look at the resources closest to you. Best of luck!

Hi @Marlon Brimmer, congrats on getting started and preparing for the move! It's a great idea to get a team together to help you through the process and educate you on the market. I have some great contacts around San Antonio that I would be happy to get you in contact with. Are there certain areas you are looking in to narrow down who might be the best fit? Feel free to message me too if that's easier.
