Selling an FSBO on Bigger Pockets Bassett, VA Martinsville

Hello. I have been on BP for a while, but have not been active on the site. I would like to help my sister-in-law sell an investment property that she purchased a few years back and never got around to doing anything with. It would be a great flip for an investor that is prepared to take on what I think would be a mid-level remodel. I thought BP would be a great place to find a buyer, but I am not sure how to list the house on the marketplace. When I click add listing it tells me that I am not logged in. Does anyone have any insight on this? She wants to get it listed as soon as possible. The house has a lot of potential and is on a corner lot in a good neighborhood in Bassett. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this and has input.
