Verify Bedrooms and Bathrooms

I just purchased a house in Plano, TX. It's a 4B3B SFH.

After my purchased, I found out that some websites shows 3B3B while other shows 4B3B.

Is there any proper way to verify these data?

Anything I could do to protect myself in this situation within next 10 days?

    @Filipe Pereira MLS records here in DFW do not need to match county records and often don't.
