Any investors here have turn single to duplex in Windsor Ontario?

Would love to hear from you , to get a better sense of the numbers and challenges.

how is working with the city in terms of inspections and permits?  

Do you find this strategy work for you? 

how difficult it was to find a property that has the  potential for second unit?
