new beach house purchase

I purchased this house and closed last week.  It will be a rental except for any days my wife and I will go down to stay.  We live in Frisco TX.  I have never had a rental and need to be pointed to a good software or accounting solution.  It has been my experience that the soon the better.  Any suggestions?  It was rented by Vacasa all but 3 days in July and the first week in Aug is booked.  The house came furnished but we are going to upgrade the furniture.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
