First Gutted Home Purchase Advice
I've only purchased two move in ready homes so far but I'm looking at a home thats been gutted on the inside due to a flood. My intention is to BRRR it.
What advice would you recommend? What are good ways to save money on the rehab?
Thanks in advance :-)

@Charlesa F. you can enter the address here for flood risk

If it is in the blue, or blue and red striped areas, that is something I'd almost always avoid, some of the other areas are a bit less risky but it is likely to still have an insurance impact. Not to mention that places prone to hurricanes typically have insurance way higher than insurance in CA even if they are not in a flood zone, because the wind and hail risk is higher for the insurance company.
