Seller financing: Mortgage Loan Originator Rec in So Cal?

Hi.

I am selling a mobile home with seller financing. I am looking for an Mortgage Loan Originator who is versed with seller financing in the LA area?  The mobile home is in Lancaster.

I would love any recommendations?  Thank you.
