First Househack as a 22 year old

Hello fellow Biggerpocket-ers in the Houston area

I am looking to purchase my first home at 22 years old this May-June in the South East Houston area near UH campus. I have about 12k saved up and make about 35k per year for the last four years with good credit. Any advice for a future investor or any agents and/or lender recommendations.

@Jesus Roman I’ve got an awesome lender, idk credit score but rates as low as 3.25 rn. I think you might have some difficulty finding a duplex in your price range but you never know. Message me for his info!
