Sell land or improve and build on it
Hi
There are 3 lots that were split from a larger parcel. The county requires a culdesac before a building permit can be issued. I can either A) sell the land as is, B) put the money into developing the land and then sell the land or C) put in the required improvements and then build houses and sell.
I am very comfortable with managing the development and construction.
What are your thoughts on factors in going forward with improving and building vs using the cash from the sell and investing somewhere else?
