Where to find that UNIQUE buyer?
What would you do? We are selling the family home. Listing agreement with realtor ends in 1 more day. We know the house is priced too high. We intend to lower the price. It's a very unique house needing a lot of repair but in very desirable location (outside Charlotte NC). It's not the greatest BRRR due to its large size (4500+sf).
Do we try to sell on our own during the month of December/lower activity months? We would lose the exposure of MLS, but gain ability to go lower on the price without commissions. What arenas are best for posting FSBO house for sale? Craigslist, FB Marketplace, Ebay, Bigger Pockets???
Or do we continue with a realtor who will do more than MLS? Due to listing so far under property assessment, we still get a fair amount of showings off MLS.
What would you do to find that UNIQUE buyer? Where would you go?
