Finding Owner's Phone Numbers / email addresses
I would like to start calling some property owners to see if they are interested in selling. I have been using whitepages.com, spokeo.com and beenverified.com and almost never get accurate phone numbers or email addresses. Does anyone know of a software or way to get accurate info? I don't want to pay $79 per name for a skip trace, I want something that doesn't cost a ton per name. Thanks in advance!
Hi @Susie Ramsey. Truepeoplesearch.com is decent. Can look up by both the address or by the individual. You'll have your share of disconnected numbers, but for a free service it's good.
