Suffering from Data Dizziness
Does anyone know where to obtain a list of cities, say all the ones listed in the National Apartment Research Report by Berkadia (https://www.berkadia.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Berkadia-2019-National-Apartment-Forecast.pdf), that shows the 2018 increase over 2017, and 2019 projected median home sales price increase? I'm trying to correlate the data I found in this report with its city's price increase trend. I know there isn't a direct line from SFR appreciation rates and MF but there's an indirect one I'm trying to pin down. Trying to avoid going thru and googling every city.
