Dear Realtors (& Others) How Can We Help You?

To find a deal you need leads.

One way to find leads is having a network of people (like realtors and wholesalers) who have a good pulse on the market and is trustworthy.

To build a network like that, you need to start conversations and find ways to help, or in more cheesy terms, add value.

If it's that's simple, what are some ways that we as investors can add value to you?

I'll start...

1. Write a cold email. Do some research on their backgrounds and see if there's a broken link that can fix, a better way to optimize their website, feedback on the design.

2. Send good referrals to other investors who are serious about buying.

3. Close on a property with them.
