What are some good mailing list companies for direct mail?
I am looking to do a mailer - sending postcards to homeowners in my neighborhood who may want to sell. What is the best mailing company to go with? I would rather work with one company where I can buy the list and they mail it, too. Nothing crazy expensive, but worth the investment. Any recommendations? Thanks again! MR

Hi @Mary Ann
There are several great companies out there. They all do the same thing. Pricing is also very comparable.
The MOST important thing to keep in mind is to plan a budget for 6 months of mailing and stay with that. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results in first 2-4 mailings because it does take some time to build trust and relationship with sellers. You will see a big majority of your deals coming from 4th and 5th communication with the seller.
Best wishes,
Sharad
