Need advice from an experienced commercial real estate investor

Just began my journey into purchasing a large deal. With all the training, self education, and books that I have read, the reality is that I need a second set of professional, experienced  eyes to go over the numbers with me. Also to go over risk management that's standard with these types of deals. Any help is welcomed.
