What should I do on this home?
I recently looked at a home that a rehab was started on and not finished. Everything is framed up and ready for drywall. The only issue I found was that I think it was a modular home with an addition built on. It was built in 1980 and I can get it for $30-35k. The median housing price in the area is $179k. I was told that it would be hard to get financing on it because it is a modular. Is this true? Should I make a move on it?
