Rental house keep or sell?
I’ve got a one bedroom ranch house with a attached one car garage, newer furnace with central air. The house is small we’re taking living room, bedroom
Kitchen with a dining area laundry room and bathroom.
The only real issue is it does need a roof sooner then later (doesn’t leak but it needs it)
The rent is 475.00 but should go to 500.00
Taxes and insurance 2140.00
It’s in a package loan so hard to calculate payment.
With the proceeds I would simply pay down that package loan.
Selling price would be 25,000-30,000
Roofing cost approximately 6,500
Any opinions?
