$90000...what would you do.

Hello All,

I am new to this site, I have been looking for awhile but just joined. I have one rental property that is paid off completely. (Worth about $130,000) I want to be smart and figure out what is the next best step for my investing future. I am able to borrow up to $90,000 from the rental. 

Just curious on the thoughts of others on where I should be putting this money.
