need help. Broker or Principal for Investor
I am not a broker. I enquired about some multi family homes from a broker. I wanted to put the property under contract. I have a potential investor but they are asking me if I am a broker or Principal for the investor. What is the best action to take? I have no clue how to start this process.
Thanks in advance.
