Driving For Dollars in Nashville

Me and my business partner went driving for dollars today... We saw a few abandon house today n wrote them down... and we visited a few neighborhoods to see where we want to start investing...

We have not done a deal yet but we think we will start with flipping... maybe wholesaling.. we keep changing between the two...

Should we start wholesaling or flipping first?

What does your financial situation look like? If you are able to get financing to buy a property and fund the rehab then flipping wouldn't be a bad idea. You also have to consider your experience in estimating rehabs costs and all that jazz. If getting funding is going to be an issue, I would lean more towards wholesaling them and using those small profits to build capital for future projects.
