Help with my Buyer
Hello,
I have a buyer for a house i'm flipping. It's already been rehabbed and it's hitting the MLS later this week. I have a buyer who is interested in buying it, but needs to sell his current house to have enough to pay for my house. My house comps around 140k, and he wants to offer 140k, with 100k down (the amount he has in cash). Then, after the sale of this other house which is worth 100k, he would give me the other 40k. My question is, how should I structure this? Thanks for the help.
