Newbie from Louisiana hello BP!!

Hello BP I am Emile Evans III and I have been into real estate investing for 2 months now and I must say what an eye opener. Since I love talking to people I find making deal fun and entertaining, with that said I honk I love going get the deals and bringing buyers and sellers together. Well that's where I have ran into a wall, now that I have 3 properties under contract it's been a little difficult to either find funding or to assign the contracts for small referral fee. I am not a quitter so I truly believe someone can make a nice profit is there any help or guidance out there? Have a blessed evening.
