Question/Intro

Hi everyone I'm Troy a college junior who is looking to learn a lot about flipping houses and properties in general.

I was just wondering what are a few ways and techniques I could use to get started soon with little to no capital? I would like to flip a house or two during my summer break. I am going to be interning with a local realtor. I know I don't need my license but I want the experience and I've already committed to it.

I would visit your local REIA meetings and see who could use a "bird dog". That way you cant learn from someone truly doing flips and get some income you can eventually use for your own flips (bird dogging dose not pay very well).

You might also consider looking for an "investor friendly" real estate brokerage and see if they hire interns or are looking for a "summer hire" real estate assistant.
