Distressed Property owned by USDA....
Good morning -
Yesterday I drove through a neighborhood where we own a SFR rental. On the same street there is a house that looks like it's vacant and I wanted to send a note to the owner. Turns out the owner is "USDA Rural Development" per the county register of deeds. Looks like it was foreclosed and the USDA took it back sometime in April. Anyone had any luck contacting USDA directly on a deal like this? I'm sure it'll end up on the MLS one day – be nice to get to it prior to that.
Thanks,
Jim
