Lending/financing for flip
Hey everyone.
Contract for my first flip signed today. Assuming all goes dandy, I'm looking towards my next deal.
Wondering if anyone can offer some advice to getting financing for a flip. Where do I start? I have the cash to do a flip in 100-150k range, but want to use leverage if I can.
Some strategies I've been told about but don't really know specifics:
Hard money lenders: What's the good/bad? I know nothing. How do I find them?
Buying cash, and borrowing once the property is in my hands: has this worked for anyone?
Any other places to start?
Thanks!
John
