Coyote Fontanelle Area for Single Family Property
Hi,
Me and my wife are planning to check out the Single Family Home. One area we found is "Coyote Fontanelle" San Jose. This is little area on right size of Edenvale and 101. The is south of Heller county park and north of Silver leaf.
How is general property appreciation there? Any red flags ? At first glance it seems like decent neighborhood but any insights and experience would be super helpful? How safe is the area? How this area stands compare of Santa Teresa?
Thanks for the help!!
Hi @Vipul Beriwal. Fontanelle, PebbleTree, and Santa Teresa are all nice areas. Fontanelle and PebbleTree are close to Blossom Valley and Village Oaks where all the major establishments are (Hospitals, Costco, etc...), yet they are separated by the 101, making them a unique and cozy community. In terms of price and value, I am personally a fan of the Fontanelle and PebbleTree neighborhoods, and the past year I saw many active flippers in these areas. Appreciation is not as much as Santa Teresa though.
I hosted a few open houses in the PebbleTree and Santa Teresa neighborhood a few months back and talked to the neighbors there, so feel free to reach out if there is anything specific you have question about!
