Any local real estate meetups or groups that I should join?

We have meetups once a month, the first WED, in Northern NJ. Look in the events tab for Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing.

Hey @Guillermo Rios - there's always RE meetups happening in NYC & Jersey surrounding areas. 

Although BiggerPockets has some good ones, most of them are hosted via websites like Meetup or EventBrite. 

A quick Google search should yield you some results :)
