Does anyone here invest in Parking spots ? Can you share on some insights about how does this work ?

Is it like long term hold and wait approach ? What are the operating costs associated with this ?

@Saurabh Kukreja, I've never just invested in parking spots, but it seems like more of a cash flow opportunity than anything else. Consider exploring this in combination with buying a house/condo with multiple parking spots deeded to it. That way, each could become its own asset even if you wanted to sell one or the other in the future.
