Marketing with sticky notes

Hi everyone, I am trying new ways of marketing and I thought about placing sticky notes on doors . Now my only issue is what to write on the sticky notes . Can anyone give some advice on what would be something good to write ? Or something that has worked for you . This is what I have so far , Hello I was driving by your mobile home and saw that it looks abandoned and not taken care of . If you are interested in selling give me a call . Just JK .
