The Book on Rental Property Investing

I recent purchased Brandon Turner's book through my Audible subscription.  I've been enjoying the content, but I hear continual reference to being able to view all the figures and references in the book on this forum and I've not been able to find the content.

Can someone send me a pointer or the URL?

I am having the same issue as everyone else. Listening to the book for a second time and want to utilize "The Book On Managing Rental Property" bonus for notes and references as I am working to rent my first house out. I bought the book from Audible on November 20th, 2018. Can someone please help me get the access code needed for the bonus material?

Hello, I also bought the book on Audible but don't recall receiving an access code. The support for bigger pockets told me the material refered to in the book "Rental property investment"  is only available if you buy the book from the Bp site. 

How should I access this material now?

I also purchased The Book on Rental Property Investing through audible I have looked through the links you provided and the forms but I was specifically looking for Brandons Offer letter to owners that he talks about where he puts a photo of his family and talks about why they want to buy an owner's property.  I thought there would be a template for that?  If so can you please provide?  Thank you so much!
