Looking for local Houston GC to rehab a 2300 sqft 3/2 sfh near U of H. Kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, general cosmetics. Possible foundation issue. Rehab budget of 60K. Please let me know if you have anyone reliable or if you yourself want to discuss the deal.
