Durham, NC Contractors
@Elizabeth Moore You could join TREIA and look through the membership list. Members identify what they do, such as GCs.
What do you need? I do a lot of work in Durham; Burlington, however, is a bit far.
Feel free to contact me, if you think I might be of service.
In the Durham area, I have had a hard time getting investor-friendly GCs that don't take away the most of the profit line, but I do have some great contractors that I use for projects that I can trust and do good work for pretty consistent and good prices. I also do all kinds of work and consulting myself when the jobs are too small or too many different smaller things that don't make sense to bring in 10 contractors for what can take me less than a few days work (I am an electrical/mechanical engineer that has been doing construction and mechanical design most of my life)
Are there any projects you are currently looking for contractors for? happy to talk/meet/send some good contractors your way.
