Finding Contractor Friendly Resources

We are a general contracting company but only do residential contract work currently. Our son has recently began working in real estate flipping houses and wants to use our services in his business. So hoping to learn as much as we can, specifically where to find contractor friendly resources for this type of work. Any advice at all or suggestions on where we can begin learning investor friendly practices would be greatly appreciated.
