Home Loan, Las Vegas

Hi everyone. Does anyone have any recommendation for a lender that offers low interest rate /apr and closing costs? I know it's credit and DTI based, but some can offer slightly lower rates than others, and for larger loans, a fraction of a percentage could be significant savings per month. I was wondering if any local investors would recommend their go to lender. I did shop around and based from my previous experience, most lenders need to pull my credit to provide a good faith estimate. So I wanted to ask for recommendation or suggestions first before I let them pull my credit. I'm looking for a bank that I can work with for my buy and hold investments. Thanks in advance.

Oliver Martin yes I'm happy to go over the programs available to you. Feel free to message me direct & I'll advise you of the best approach to take. Investing is all about planning it out financially, but it works both ways. As a bank they're looking to invest in you as an asset & based off your background & situations they'll be able to provide you with money at better or worse rate all dependent on you. Just like you'd only pay a certain dollar amount for a home based on the value of it
