Loan officer wants to sell his investment property
Hi, MLO and investor looking to sell one of his investment properties in GA. Can the MLO recommend buyers to use his broker services on the listing to find lender? What do you reccomend as best approach to get this accomplished?

Hi Rudie! I’d love to know where the property is so I can assist. As far as recommending using his service, I believe the material relationship should be disclosed. The MLO could potentially offer seller concessions to help the buyer as well but it cannot be stated the buyer MUST use the seller’s firm for lending.
