Real Estate License

I have decided I am going to get my real estate license. The only decision I have left is whether or not to take the class in person, or if I should take an online course allowed by the state of Indiana.

I was wondering what some of your opinions are as far as which route you would suggest to someone new to the industry and looking to start my investing career?

Thanks in advance!

@Sterling Chapman I appreciate you’re input. I’d venture to say most of us at 20 would have found online difficult. But I’m most certainly determined and know I’ll be able to push through it pretty quick.

You say you have only used it once, so I must ask what route did you take to where you are now and what made you get it in the first place? Lol

Great question!

I wanted to sell our flip projects in-house, that's why I took it. One of our projects was valued at $460,000, so selling that inhouse will be good for Dwellynn, our firm, and our investors.

The route I took to get to where I am today has so many paths; however, the most important one is helping others get what they want through purposeful relationships, a trait I am constantly working on 🤗🤗🤗

@Ola Dantis That actually is a great idea and now I understand. Thank you for your insight.

I’m still working on paving my path as we speak. I’m sure there are an infinite number of paths to take however in the end your last statement is most true. Creating those purposeful relationships and helping others is something I strive to do every day and consistently work on day in and day out!

I appreciate it Ola 😁
